Ingredients:
Bleached wheat flour, water, shortening (interesterified soybean oil, with distilled mono glycerides added) and rice flour. The following less than 2% salt, sugar, baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, sodium bicarbonate and corn starch), yeast, preservative blend (calcium propionate, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate and citric acid), cellulose gum, dough conditioner (sodium metabisulfite or l-cystine), soy lecithin.
